Dissolve yeast in water with 1 tbs of sugar and let sit for 10 minutes
Warm the milk and add 1/2 c of sugar, 1 tbs of salt, and 1/2 c of butter.
add 2 cups of flour and mix well.
Add yeast mix and flax meal to the bowl.
Stir well. After add flour as needed to make stiff dough.
Once stiff, take out of the bowl and knead on the counter until no longer sticky.
Place the dough in a well-greased bowl and cover with a towel and let rise until double in size. About an hour.
Once risen, punch down and divide dough into two parts.
Roll each part of dough out into oblong shape.
Make your cinnamon mix for the inside of the rolls.
Combine 1/2 c of vegan butter with 1 c of brown sugar, and 2 tbs of cinnamon
Spread cinnamon mix onto dough.
Roll up as a jelly roll and cut into 1-inch slices.
Place on well-greased pan or baking sheet and let them rise until double the size.
Once doubled in size, bake for 15-20 minutes at 375 degrees.
When cool add the icing and enjoy.
To make the icing mix 2 tbs of butter, with 2 c of powdered sugar, and 2 tsp of vanilla extract.
