Apple Crisp

This is a dairy free apple crisp recipe. Very delicious and great for breakfast or dessert.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium apples (cored & peeled)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free butter

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and grease an 9x7 inch baking dish.
  • Put the apple slices in prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp of cinnamon and toss.
  • In a medium bowl combine oats, brown sugar, flour, and remaining cinnamon. Mix together until ingredients are evenly distributed.
  • Add dairy free butter and combine with a fork until big, coarse crumbs form.
  • Sprinkle the crumb mix over the apples, covering all bare spots.
  • Bake the apple crisp for 30-35 minutes or until the apples are tender and topping is light golden brown.
