Apple Crisp

- 4 medium apples (cored & peeled)
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup quick oats
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup dairy-free butter
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and grease an 9x7 inch baking dish.
Put the apple slices in prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp of cinnamon and toss.
In a medium bowl combine oats, brown sugar, flour, and remaining cinnamon. Mix together until ingredients are evenly distributed.
Add dairy free butter and combine with a fork until big, coarse crumbs form.
Sprinkle the crumb mix over the apples, covering all bare spots.
Bake the apple crisp for 30-35 minutes or until the apples are tender and topping is light golden brown.
